    Douglas Burnham joined the Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation—along with fellow panelists David Fletcher of Fletcher Studios and Ben Stone of Smart Growth for America—in considering the potential of a new downtown open space. The group offered there perspectives on how a city-owned library parking lot might become an energizing force in the city's center, strengthening both local commerce and the mission of the library.
