In the summer of 2023, ENVELOPE transitioned to a stakeholder governance California Benefit Corporation legal structure and became a certified

, joining a global community of purpose and values-led businesses that meet high standards of sustainability and social responsibility.

Completing

was an exercise in taking a hard and critical look at ourselves, finding meaningful + measurable ways to improve, and cementing our commitment to being a force for positive change both through the decisions we make within our business, as well as through the work we do.

helps keep us accountable to our goal of constant improvement and transparency in our business practices. We are now beginning our recertification process, and are excited to uncover how much we can increase our B Impact score through our continued efforts over the past three years!
