Renovation of a bricked in warehouse for office and fabrication shop uses including the design of new perimeter glazing systems, a new shared accessible entry, accessible restrooms and the demising of tenant spaces. Midway through the construction, we chose to lease the corner office because of the beautiful light.
We fabricated our communal desk from salvaged bowling alley lanes (douglas fir). The desk itself was fabricated in-place: now it's our ship in a bottle.
